Scope of the service

TravauxStructure produces written decision-support reports based on the information, photographs and drawings supplied by the customer. The service does not include a site visit, structural calculations, or any regulatory approval.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros inclusive of tax on the pricing page and at checkout. Payment is taken in full before the report is produced, through our payment provider. We never store your card details.

Delivery

Reports are normally delivered within 24 hours of payment, by email and in your account area, where they remain available for download.

Upgrades

You may upgrade an existing report to a higher level at any time and pay only the price difference. The report is regenerated at the new level for the same project.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

The report is a personalised digital document produced specifically for you after payment. By purchasing, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies once the report has been generated. Refunds are granted in the case of a technical failure — for example an inaccessible report or a duplicate payment — through the refund request form in your account.

Liability

The report is decision support only. It does not replace a chartered structural engineer, building control approval, or a party wall surveyor where one is required. TravauxStructure cannot be held liable for construction decisions taken without professional validation.
