What the report is — and is not
TravauxStructure produces decision-support assessments based on the information you supply. It is not a structural design, not a site inspection, and not a substitute for a chartered structural engineer, building control approval or a party wall surveyor. The report tells you what is likely, what is uncertain, and precisely what still needs verifying.
