Account details (name, email), the answers you give in the project questionnaire, the photos and drawings you upload, and payment metadata returned by our payment provider. We never receive or store your card number.

Why we process it

To produce and deliver your report, to manage your account and invoices, to provide support, and to meet our legal accounting obligations.

Storage and retention

Data is hosted in the European Union. Project files and reports are kept for as long as your account is active, and invoices for the statutory retention period.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors needed to run the service: hosting and database, payment processing, and transactional email. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or object to processing. Contact us through the site to exercise these rights.
